Long maceration in contact with the skins at 25°- 30°C. for 2 weeks; aged for 12 months in steel tanks, 12 months in oak barriques, finally resting for 6 months in the bottle. Intense ruby red color with fruity hints of morello cherry, light tertiary notes of vanilla and tobacco. Intense, persistent and harmonious on the palate. Alcohol 14%.
